Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?  

All orders are shipped directly from our global suppliers, located in countries such as China, the USA, Germany, Thailand, and more. Please allow additional time during holidays or sale periods.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing. Your order will be shipped the next business day after processing. We do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?  

After your order has been processed (3–5 business days), estimated delivery times are:  
- United States: 12–20 business days  
- International: 15–30 business days (depending on destination)

Will I be charged customs and taxes?  

Prices listed on our site are tax-free in USD. You may be responsible for duties, import taxes, and customs fees upon arrival of your order, based on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not covered by us and must be paid by the customer. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by your local customs authority. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
